1. Terms & Conditions of Service
Tuned Car Audio & Accessories operates as a mobile-only service provider, offering car audio installations, detailing, and accessories in customer-provided environments.

Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Mobile Service Disclaimer: We reserve the right to refuse service at locations deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

Customer Responsibilities: Customers must ensure vehicle and location access. Delays due to customer fault may result in cancellation fees.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Bookings canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours may incur a fee.

Consumer Law Compliance: These terms apply in addition to rights you may have under the ACL, which cannot be excluded or modified.
2. Refunds & Returns Policy
We are committed to delivering high-quality service and products. Refunds are handled in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Services:

Refunds are only offered where a service is proven to be faulty or not delivered with due care and skill.

Change-of-mind refunds are not applicable.
Products:

Refunds or exchanges are available for faulty or defective items within 14 days of delivery.

Products damaged by misuse, installation by others, or external environmental exposure are not eligible.

No refunds are provided for change-of-mind, incorrect compatibility, or customer misuse.
Note: These rights are in addition to those under the ACL, including the right to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods fail to meet acceptable quality.
3. 30-Day Workmanship Warranty
We offer a 30-day warranty on workmanship for installation services.

Coverage: Covers faults arising directly from our installation only.

Exclusions: Damage due to environmental exposure, customer modification, misuse, or installation of customer-supplied parts is excluded.

Warranty Claims: Claims must be submitted within 30 days with proof of purchase and evidence of fault. We reserve the right to inspect before approving repairs or replacement.
This warranty operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
4. Shipping, Postage & Handling
Processing & Delivery:

Orders are processed within one business day of cleared payment.

Standard supplier shipping times are estimated between 5–10 business days.

Delivery timeframes vary by courier and are outside our direct control.
Product Sourcing:

Our clothing is locally sourced.

Some electronic accessories may vary in compatibility or quality depending on manufacturer stock.
Disclaimer: We will not be held liable for courier delays. However, goods not delivered within a reasonable time may entitle customers to remedies under the ACL.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing faults, unsafe conditions at the service location, or issues arising from customer-supplied parts.

Our liability for any claim is capped at the value of the services or products provided.
Important: Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the ACL.
6. Privacy Policy
We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

Data Collected: We collect personal information including names, contact details, and booking history for service and communication purposes.

7. Disclosures for Mobile Service Operations

Insurance: Vehicles remain the responsibility of the owner. We do not offer vehicle coverage while on-site.

Call-Out Fees: Additional travel or call-out fees may apply outside standard Brisbane service zones.
